When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $49. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, so you'll always see the final price before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email once your order is on its way. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or write to us.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at [your email] with your order number and we'll guide you through the return. Once we receive the item, we'll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
Are there items that can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used on your pet, such as brushes, dental kits and boots, can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

Each product page includes size and fit details. If you're unsure, measure your pet before ordering or write to us with their measurements and breed. We're happy to help you choose.
