Duties & taxes
Any US import duties are included in our prices, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Christmas delivery
Order by December 1 for standard shipping, or by December 14 for items marked "Ships from US".

After you order
Order confirmed.
You'll get a confirmation email right away, with your free Pet Care Book.
Shipped.
Within 1–3 business days you'll receive your tracking number by email.
On its way.
Some tracking links take 2–3 days to show the first update. That's normal.
Good to know
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Multiple parcels. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.
Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or delayed parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us with your order number and we'll find it or send a replacement.
