Our story
In Italian, muso is the face you'd know anywhere.
The face at the door when you get home. The one resting on your knee at dinner, waiting at the window when you're late. We named our brand after it, because that face is the reason everything here exists.
mu·so /ˈmuː.zo/
noun, Italian. The snout of an animal; by extension, the whole face. Said with affection, usually while scratching behind the ears.
Chapter one · Why MUSO exists
Most pet things are either forgettable or impractical. We wanted neither.
MUSO started in Italy with a simple frustration. Too many pet products end up in a drawer: cheap things that break, or beautiful things nobody actually uses.
The people we know don't want more stuff for their dog or cat. They want the few things that make every day a little calmer, a little cozier, a little easier. So that's all we look for.

Every email is answered by a person, usually within 24 hours. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, we make it right.

Where the name comes full circle. Our personalized pieces start with your favorite photo and end up on the sofa, the bed and the tree. Each one is printed to order in the USA, just for you, and if it ever arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it for free.
