When will I receive my order?
Most products are processed in 1–3 business days and then take 7–12 business days to reach you. Personalized items, like The Portrait Blanket and The Portrait Ornament, are printed to order in the USA and arrive faster: 1–3 business days to make, then 4–7 business days in transit. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 8 for personalized items and by December 1 for everything else to receive it before December 24 in the US. Missed the date? Our gift cards arrive instantly by email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on US orders over $49. Under $49, it's a flat $4.99. There are no extra fees on delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email once your order is on its way. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or write to info@musopets.com.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Email info@musopets.com with your order number first and we'll send you the return details. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we replace or refund it for free and you won't need to send it back.
What about personalized items?
Personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll reprint it for free or refund you. Spotted a typo after ordering? Write to us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before it's printed.
